"This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. The food was amazing. Perfect starting point to relax and have great food and cocktails for a trip to Italy"
"Don’t carry too much luggage, property not at a walkable distance. It’s a steep walk so be ready to lift if you have more bags!
Left a bag but staff never mentioned about it. Be careful!"
"This hotel was a complete surprise! The setting overlooking Lake Como and the surrounding mountains was spectacular! We couldn’t get enough of our balcony view and our breakfast on the Terrace each morning. The staff was amazing! It’s a quiet, family run hotel which was perfect for us. Though we booked for one night, we stayed three nights!"
"Incredible views of the lake! Located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the town which provided us the tranquil, peaceful environment we prefer. But still close enough that we could just walk nearby to enjoy the shops, restaurants and people watching when we're in the mood. The whole property is clean and meticulously maintained. The staff were some of the nicest, most welcoming and helpful I've ever encountered. We stayed in the Tower Suite, highly recommend for its incredible views alone but everything was great. Suite was clean, bed was comfortable, recently renovated with a modern aesthetic. Amenities we enjoyed: free shuttle to and from the ferry (great if you have a lot of luggage), delicious free breakfast daily, and spa access with steam, sauna, ice and salt rooms (highly relaxing). Would stay here again without question!"
"Beautiful location and modern, roomy comfortable apartment with easy walk to restaurants and shops. Check in is with receptionist at fitness club that shares building but host was easily reached and very responsive.
If coming by car location is reached by driving down a narrow tourist crowded street with a restricted access sign which we did not realize until after finding parking far away and walking to the site and getting clarification from the receptionist. Once there, however, parking is provided and easy.
We were also surprised to find the heat had been turned off in the building before our arrival and the weather was cool. Host quickly provided a portable heater which sufficed when informed of the problem."
