Pro: La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e il bagno moderno. C'era un ampio armadio, scrivania, frigobar, bollitore per tisane e listino prezzi. C'era l'asciugacapelli, i saponi, una grande smart tv e il climatizzatore. La reception aveva personale molto disponibile e gentile. Posizione molto comoda e centralissima. Colazione non era inclusa nel mio pacchetto, ma a prezzo accessibile e abbondante con buffet salato che riempiva lo stomaco fino al pomeriggio. Contro: l'ascensore arriva al 3 piano, mentre al 4 piano si accede tramite una Scala stretta. Nella camera c'è la moquette e sotto il letto abbiamo trovato un accendino probabilmente dei vecchi clienti. Il soffitto del bagno era basso e spiovente (la mancanza del bidet è normale all'estero). Il letto era un po' duro e senza topper, le coperte corte. Essendo nel cuore della movida, anche con le finestre chiuse si sentivano gli schiamazzi notturni. Dopo il rifacimento della camera, non hanno messo il tappetino doccia. Tutto sommato, comunque, è stata una bella esperienza

Otel konumu itibariyle kusursuz. Farklı oda seçenekleri bulunmakla beraber en üst katta bir odada kaldık çok basık ve havasızdı ancak tabi ki daha iyi olanakta odalar vardır ama hijyen genel olarak vasat bırakın kişisel bakım gereçlerini terlik sabun daha yoktu isteyerek terlik alabildim. Kahvaltısı standart temiz lezzetliydi. Otelin restaurant kısmında haftasonları canlı müzik denk geldi. Temizlik durumuna dikkat edilirse daha geniş bir odasında yine olsa konaklarım.

This place is cheap for a reason. Maybe I just got the absolute worst room in the place, but if every room is like mine, I cannot recommend anyone stay here. Staff is nice and having airport transportation arranged was helpful. However the room: extremely small, so much that the sink is installed somewhat over the toilet. Like my legs were under the sink and I could rest my elbow on it. Towels, floor, and walls stained. The shower head holder wasn’t completely screwed into the wall so it was difficult to use because it’d spin around. This morning I had no hot water. Bathroom always smelled like smoke. TV didn’t seem to actually have cable. The blackout curtain didn’t entirely cover the window. The lights next to the bed didn’t work. I travel a lot and this is one of the worst rooms I’ve ever had. It’s a shame bc it’s in a really great location and could otherwise be really cute and a great stay.
Bed isn’t cushy but comfortable enough. Bedding is too short/narrow though. Wouldn’t want to share with someone.

Niçin kötü yorum yaptıklarını anlamak zor gerçekten .Konum olarak gayet iyi.Resepsiyondaki güler yüzlü insanlar yardımcı olmak için uzun uzun cevap veriyorlar tüm sorulara.Bizim otopark ihtiyacımız vardı .Girişte biraz zorlandık.Çünkü otel girişindeki yol kapalıydı çalışma nedeniyle .Otopark kartını alıp arka girişe yönlendirmeleri yeterli oldu .Otopark günlük 20 Euro biraz pahalı gerçi ama Belgrad Otopark sıkıntısı olan bir şehir .Ama otopark güvenliydi.Ve otele direkt giriş kapısı vardı.Çok sessiz bir otel ,gece hiç rahatsız olmadık ,yaz tatilinde nasıl olur bilmem.Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi.Bu otelde sadece çalışanlara gülümsemeniz yeterli . O quarto era localizado no corredor que liga ao restaurante, era possível ouvir os deslocamentos das pessoas por esse corredor até tarde da noite. Não havia telefone no quarto para comunicação com a recepção, mesmo havendo Menu no quarto. A janela do quarto era para o nível da rua, não estava vedando o som / frio como deveria. Além de não ter uma vista agradável. O quarto em si era como na foto, mas precisando de manutenção, paredes descascando, prateleira e torneira da banheira caindo. Na área do banheiro, o box era de cortina e o chuveiro não fixava, pois estava com a trava quebrada. No primeiro dia, o buffet de café da manhã pago a parte funcionou bem, mas no segundo ao chegar no restaurante, nos informaram que havia buffet naquele dia. A rua de acesso do hotel é bem difícil para malas com rodinhas.

We stayed at your hotel from 27 to 29 December 2025. At check-in, we were informed that our room was upgraded to a premium room at no extra charge. However, the assigned room was located on the 4th-floor attic level and was extremely cold. Even with the air conditioning on, it took nearly two hours to reach a tolerable temperature. Under these conditions, the room upgrade was not satisfactory. My main concern relates to the breakfast service on 29 December. The attitude of the male staff member was rude. The breakfast plate served to me contained a hair in the cheese. The plate was taken away without any apology and, in my opinion, returned after only removing the hair. This is unacceptable in terms of hygiene. I have a photo of the incident. During breakfast, I requested one additional filter coffee and was told it required an extra charge. Considering the hygiene issue and that breakfast was included in my stay, this approach was inappropriate. I regret choosing this hotel, as the service did not reflect the price paid. I kindly request a written explanation and that this matter be reviewed seriously.
