Location yes. The rest no.

The location is perfect, exactly in the centre of the city. The breakfast was pretty good,but the coffee awful. The room wasn't so clean and the towels were seemed so many times used. Also,the bath's fan wasn't working so,the room was smelling a little. The crew was helpful.

To start with the location, the hotel is in a good location close to the public square and several touristic attractions. Several tram/bus station are at 5 min walking from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have asked for touristic guidance and they were so kind to answer all my questions. The terasse of the hotel has a nice view. When it comes to the breakfast it is considered average. Rooms are clean and averagely furnished. It is fair for what is paid for.

gut zum Übernachten. Gute Lage. Preisleistungverhältniss ist OK. Es gibt sachen die nicht funktionieren (Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer die zu reparieren sind). Man kann gegenAufpreis Nebeneinrichtungen benutzen wie Fitnessstudio und Schwimmbad. (ca 4.20€). Alles in allem nicht Entäuscht aber auch nicht ganz Zufrieden.

Ihan Ok perus matkaan.

Ihan OK hotelli, jos vain matkustat ja nukut. Aamiainen oli ok ja hinta laatusuhde oli hyvä. Mutta ei mikään 3 tähden hotelli olisiko 2 tähteä vastaavaa euroopassa yleisesti. Jos saat edullisesti, niin viihdyt jos maksat enemmän, niin kadut. Minulle oli ihan OK, suihku oli aika vaisu.

This place is great!

Stayed here twice now. Basic hotel, staff are friendly and always willing to help out. Great location, been here winter 2016 now summer 2017 both times it has been awesome.

スタッフは皆、親切で感じがいいです。こちらのたどたどしい英語での質問にも、丁寧に対応してもらえました。部屋は綺麗、ベッド寝心地良い（硬さが丁度よい）、テレビの写り良し、wifi　入り良し（受付に近い部屋に泊まったが遠い部屋は分からない）、お湯の出が悪いときがあった（たまたま、大勢の人がシャワー使うとダメなのか？それとも、お湯スイッチはつけっ放しがいいのかも。）、施設全体的にタバコくさい感じがした（受付出た所に灰皿有り、そこが喫煙所になってるが・・・換気が悪く、階段踊り場に煙がこもっている。ドアを開け閉めする度に、施設内にも煙が入ってきてる、部屋の中もたばこの煙が入ってきてるような気がする。吸っていない人は敏感に感じます。朝食付きが重宝します、カフェなどに行く必要なし。欧州はチーズ、ヨーグルト、旨いです。３階（日本では4階にあたります）まで階段使用なので、荷物重い人はきつい。

Hotel staff friendly & clean looking rooms. to get up to the hotel you have to get in a old lift to the third floor or use the stairwell that isn't nice, the lighting in the hallway is awful.

女性の一人旅にオススメ

女性一人旅だと、セキュリティや清潔さが気になる所ですが、ブティックホテルなので、大変きれいでスタッフさんの対応もよく、ネット環境も抜群で、大変過ごしやすい毎日でした。 朝食はパンを中心にサラダやコーンフレーク、飲み物も充実しています。 隣にはスポーツジムや公園が併設されているので、のんびり快適に過ごせます。悪いところはありません。完璧なホテルです。

Boutique Hotel well positioned for the City.

Quite comfortable; much better than some Hotels I have visited. It suffered from the typical East European Hotel Aversion to curtains, otherwise it would have been very good. Also, the bathroom was incredibly small and smelt of damp - but again, These things also happen elsewhere. The best part was the reception staff, who were all great! I would stay again.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel. In der Anzeige stand einiges, was nicht ganz korrekt ist. So ist das Wellness Angebot nur zur gewisser Zeit benutzbar. Im Zimmer hat es gestunken...

Smelly bathroom, very complicated parking.

Stayed in Belgrade downtown, looking for something affordable, I found this hotel and it was somewhat ok. Unfortunately the restroom is a mini micro room that it's even hard to wash your hands, the space is so confined that it's almost impossible to shave or brush your teeth in front of the mirror, you simply don't fit, and the smell of the restroom is unbearable, I normally stay 2 days in each hotel and then get more nights, but I had to leave this one, the smell was just terrible. The parking, you need to call the hotel to reserve your parking spot, if not, then good luck finding a place to park in Belgrade, and if you don't know, you have to pay your parking box via SMS, so it's kinda complicated when you don't speak or read the language. The area is great, because it's just blocks away from everything, but I will not stay here again.

Nice stay!

I had a nice stay! The entrance and stairs are a bit of a shock at first, as they are unfinished and shared by other businesses. The room and hotel, though, are comfortable and warm. I'd read a few reviews about the bathroom smelling, but I'm wondering if this is a Belgrade thing, as I was in bathrooms throughout the city that smelled a bit swampy. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was perfect. I loved the breakfast!! A very hardworking, sweet staff member keeps the breakfast buffet running smoothly, and she really does a great job. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful.

Sämsta hotellet vi någonsin bott på

Rubriken är inte överdriven. Dem utlovade ett dubbelrum med kassaskåp, väl på plats fanns det inget kassaskåp. Det skulle finnas spa, gym, pool - som skulle vara gratis. Resp. delar låg i separata byggnader och var kostnadsbelagda. Frukosten var ett skämt - brödrosten brände brödet, urvalet var klent och vi var tvungna att äta frukost en gång till varje dag. Receptionisterna pratade väldigt dålig engelska, och servicen var inte särskilt bra med tanke på att dem inte kunde hjälpa oss hitta varken ett ställe att äta på, åtgärda ovanstående eller ens kompensera på något sätt. Hotellet var svårt att hitta, ligger förvisso i ett ok område. Vi satt i deras bar en dag, inte ett enda pris stämde, hälften av sortimentet fanns inte ens och dem registrerade vad man drack och hur mycket av varje, trots att vi betalade kontant. Aldrig varit med om liknande.. sängen var hård och toaletten luktade väldigt illa, fick knappt plats på toaletten. Terrassen var väldigt bra belägen, men behöver renoveras. Hissen upp var obehaglig att åka med, krossade speglar, var livrädd varje gång.
