The location was perfect! The staff, room, and bed were great. Right across the street is St Marks Place and it has the best food!!! Try the veal ragout soup. 😋
One night stay to watch England play a World Cup qualifier. Check in was easy the 2 guys at reception were really nice and friendly, one showed us to the room and explains how the air-con worked etc. the room was clean and spacious. The shower was a decent size with a big head and easy controls. They held our bags for us the next day as we had time before our flight to explore. We had a breakfast voucher which we could use over the road in the nice restaurant and choose from the menu. I would recommend this hotel for your short stay in the city.
Nice, inexpensive hotel. You get a lot for the money. I didn't give it five stars because it is showing it's age. Otherwise, I got a nice big room for not much money. Staff was great and it is within walking distance to just about everything. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. The object is fir, excellent location
This “hotel” is a joke. When I arrived, the reception area, which was literally a cave was empty with a sign that the front desk would be right back. He arrived about 15 minutes later. Check-in was efficient. Got to my room. Carpets were dirty m, old and stained. Bathroom had years of mould buildup with a terrible smell. There was no hooks or any kind of place to hang towels. Also no room service and no garbage pick up at all. The cleaning lady would arrive in the morning and I would hand her my garbage from time to time and they would replace your towels if you asked. Overall, a waste of money and time. Also, the location isn’t great. Lots of street traffic with honking and motorcycles. The building that the hotel is in is extremely old and rundown. They share the space with residences. Terrible security as the main doors were often left open. The front area always had people sitting around and smoking cigarettes, and the smell would waft into the hallway. The last few days there was a nasty garbage smell in the main hallway that you never could tell where it was coming from. Do not book a stay here!

Decent hotel, nothing fancy but does the trick. I liked having balcony. Location is awesome. Parking is about a 5 min away as there is nothing near the hotel.
The carpet was stained and the edges and corners in the bathroom was not clean. But otherwise was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not satisfied
After long trip, I don’t why, my reservation was completely messed, I booked I big room with the city view and I ended up getting a room with no privacy, no curtains and balcony full with a construction left overs, but the hotel have a great location, not far from city attractions.

Clean but basic and relatively small room/bathroom. The carpet needed a good clean as it was heavily stained. No amenities in the room such as tea/coffee/water or toiletries except for soap. We had a problem with our air conditioning unit when we checked in which took a little while to resolve and it was 34c so this wasn’t ideal but the staff were helpful about this. The shower wasn’t always hot. The room was relatively quiet although not well soundproofed as we could hear other guests coming home through the main door and walking down the corridor. We paid extra for breakfast which was in a cafe across the road and there was a good selection, although it was only served with coffee so we had to pay extra for tea. Great location for walking to the old town and St Sava’s and St Mark’s. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
I was so disappointed. I showed up on the first night and my room was teeny tiny, dirty and uncomfortable. There wasn't even a small table next to the bed for my glasses. The room description promised a bathtub, there was none. The next day I was moved to another room per my request. I made it clear I had booked this hotel for the bathtub. The second room also didn't have one. The shower was awful - it would get water all over the floor. The room was only slightly cleaner. I killed the resident cockroach in the room. I was there for 4 additional nights and never once was my room cleaned or serviced. The only plus was that the bed was comfortable and the location good. But I would never stay at this hotel again.
