Hotel was a bit difficult for us to find on foot when we first arrived on an airport bus. However, we discovered later that there were multiple bus/tram stops around the corner, so very convenient to use public transportation. Reception staff were very helpful in giving us suggestions and directions. Breakfast was okay; there was a decent selection of hot and cold foods. Lots of restaurants and take out places nearby, and there was a convenience store around the corner for drinks and snacks. Nice big square across the street. We didn’t care for the room key; it was a big, regular key that was difficult to use. If not mistaken, it also had the hotel name and room no. printed on it.

The hotel is great but keep in mind the parking is terrible. If you are coming by car be sure to ask for reserve parking. Also park in a way you are able to get out and no one blocks you otherwise they will

Perfect Location
The location of the hotel was excellent, and we had no trouble with transportation. The breakfast was buffet-style and had a wide variety, and it was delicious. The rooms were clean. The only negative aspect was that the room doors were old, a bit difficult to open and close, and made a lot of noise. Additionally, during cleaning times, there was too much noise in the corridor, which was disturbing.

Kabel på telefonen var urkopplad. När jag gick till receptionen att be om en annan apparat Tjejen som jobbade denna dagen var otrevlig då , och hela tiden när hon jobbade.Bara hon. Alla andra var trevliga, frukost var bra, bra service, rent också.

Great stay lovely hotel ,nice breakfast One gripe,could someone tell the receptionist that the A1 airport shuttle bus does indeed stop at the bus station opposite the hotel and there was no need for me to walk 15 mins uphill to get on board at Slava square!! But other than that would highly recommend

위치도 나쁘지 않고, 직원들도 친절하고 아침식사도 괜찮았습니다. 특히 숙소 바닥이 나무라서 좋았습니다. 그런데 와이파이가 잘 안되고 샤워 배수가 잘 안되서 불편함은 있었습니다. 이것만 감안하신다면 시외버스터미널도 바로 앞에 있어서 좋습니다.

Great little hotel. I often stay there because of the convenient, well connected, location and comfortable rooms. But the highlight is the super helpful staff, unlike anywhere else.

The service was great and the staff in the reception was great but one waitress in the restaurant was very rude. For people with allergies, Serbia allows smoking everywhere. The restaurant smelled smoke.

The lady was great when we checked in Really good following day However on check out the gentleman who checked out ripped out and charged more than previous night and when queried started raising voice In effect he spoilt the experience. In spite of liking Belgrade the people the hotel - through his pettiness embarrassed Serbs Not a great ambassador!

The hotel and its facilities were old and run down. Staff was friendly and helpfull and the only positive. Tiles in bathroom were loose, shower door broken and the hallway smelled.

Amazingly nice and helpful staff. Just for that, I’m definitely coming to this hotel again. Location of the hotel is very good (based on my needs and wants) - right across the main bus station, not too far from the airport, and a walking distance from center of the Belgrade (like Knez Mihailova, or Kalemegdan). The transportation the hotel arranged for us (from and to airport) was great. The whole experience - 10 stars!!

Excelente hotel no centro de Belgrado.
Um bom hotel no centro de Belgrado, facil acesso às atrações da cidade que dá para fazer tudo à pé. O hotel é muito confortável, limpo e bom atendimento, além de um excelente café da manhã. O estacionamento é cobrado a parte, 10 euros, tem vagas limitadas, mas conseguimos deixar nosso carro. Foi tudo ótimo.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the waterfront and other sites of interest. It was very close to the main bus station.The staff were helpful. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The hot food was wasnt that great. I used the hotel shuttle service on my return journey to the airport. The driver turned up early and it was cheaper than a taxi. I would recommend this hotel

Çok şık değil ama bence gayet yeterli. Biz ek binada kaldik keske orda da asansor olsaydi 3 kat olmasina ragmen butun gun yurudukten sonra merdiven zorluyo ama yine de katlanilabilir bi durum. Oda biraz kucuk gorunmustu gozumuze ama tavan yuksekligi iyi oldugu icin insani basmiyo. Kahvalti bence yeterliydi herkesin yiyebilecegi bisey muhakkak vardi. 1 haftalik tatil icin bize cok yeterli oldu. Calisanlar cok guler yuzlu ve yardimcilar.
