We were super impressed by staff who when we advised that we had a problem with the hot tap in the shower and had ended up in a room that was disability friendly so the sink was very low, they transferred us to a premier room which had a lovely view. The hotel also has a good breakfast with lots of choices.

The staff were friendly & helpful, one staff even helped me sort my euros & pounds coin 😊 We weren't told about inserting your card key in to turn on the lights in the room but we figured it out. A little noisy during the day when they were working on the lift but quiet in the evenings. Convenient location, clean rooms & excellent staff.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room's carpet had stains, no “don’t disturb” sign, no ice chest, no iron, the fire alarm went off twice in the morning for no reason apparently. It’s close-by to food and convenience stores. The bus terminal is barely 15 minutes walk, overall it’s convenient but you got what you paid for.

Easy check in, great location, quiet and comfortable room. Room was a bit warm, there was only one towel in the bathroom for the both of us, and there was some mold on the shower heads but otherwise stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Good Location in Belfast

We were not told that we needed to request the room to be cleaned so the first day this wasn’t done. The second day we requested this but were neglected. So the service was subpar. The location of the hotel was great. The breakfast was adequate.
