"What made this hotel excellent was the staff- they were always so polite and helpful. There was a slight hiccup with the booking which the guest relations sorted out very quickly. The buffet was delightful, offering so many different choices. The Lobby bar cocktails were amazing, not watered down like you can get in other hotels. The entertainment staff were very friendly and interacted nicely with us. Overall a very enjoyable stay"

"The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The food can be improved. They repurposed most of the previous day dishes which is fine with me. But there is always limited number of protein dishes mostly 2 for dinner. And it’s mostly chicken and fish. And the chicken was always overcooked. The staff are nice, I just don’t like the single cup water packages, its a lot of plastic. And u can’t carry your water bottle with you. They don’t provide coffee or tea or cattle in the room. U have to get it from reception always, and coffee isn’t free other than breakfast, which is crazy because its all inclusive resort."

"The bar wasn’t open, the staff were always smoking, i asked for an extra blanket and received it as i had to put the lining myself over the comforter and the linen was wet. the bathroom toilet had a leaking brown liquid coming from the bidet, very disgusting"
