Ich sag mal nur eins, mehr sein als Schein, das Hotel war natürlich in diesem neuen Zustand noch sehr gut und modern gestaltet, die Betten und Bäder waren (noch) super, aber der Service beim Kunden sieht in Deutschland anders aus, wir wollten einmal bei 4 Nächten das Zimmer putzen lassen, leider wurden uns lediglich neue Handtücher hingelegt, die wir nicht brauchten. Zum Thema Speisen, ist natürlich immer Geschmacksache, aber die Kinder sind nun mal anders, wir wollten eventuell die Essen ein wenig umstellen, statt Pommes, wollte unsere Tochter Süßkartoffeln, aber leider wurde uns das beneint, da diese Produkte so nicht in ihrem System einzugeben sind, ist es nicht möglich, wir mussten einmal Schnitzel mit Pommes und eine Portion Süßkartoffeln nehmen, da wären wir beim nächsten Thema, Preise, die Karte war schlicht gehalten, aber was mir aufgefallen war, alles was günstig gewesen ist, gab es nicht mehr und die Gerichte die man auswählen konnte, hatten das Preisniveau aus Deutschland. Zum letzten gehe ich noch auf das Thema Wellness ein, bei Expedia gebucht, mir extra noch einmal angeschaut und nirgendwo entdeckt, das ich dieses extra bezahlen müsste, aber nicht schlimm, alle Preise von 5€-10€ für 2 Saunagänge hätte ich akzeptiert, aber bodenlos finde ich 20€ pro Person dafür zu bezahlen, aber Danke für den Aufenthalt, bin eine Erfahrung reicher, würde dieses Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen!!!

Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Tolle Lage und sehr ruhig , schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Personal super freundlich , Zimmer spitze. Alles sehr sauber und sehr modern . Reichhaltiges und leckeres Buffet . Restaurant auch nur zu empfehlen. Sehr tierfreundlich . Freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal

Ikke helt færdigtbygget hotel

Et lidt mystisk størrelse, da hotellet ikke rigtigt virkede færdigbygget. Hotellet og værelser er for så vidt fint og ganske nyt, men vores værelse var snavset med nullermænd og andet på gulvet under skabet, nærmest som om at der ikke havde været nogen der efter at møblerne var sat på plads. Morgenmadsbuffeten med meget begrænset udvalg - faktisk skuffende. Det bedste jeg kan sige om opholdet på dette hotel var prisen og venligt personale.
