Should be better

I had stayed one night at the hotel. I should say that the hotel needs major renovation otherwise it should be removed from Rotana network

الفندق يقوم باجبار النزيل على دفع الرسوم على موقف السيارة واستخدام الانترنت ، على الرغم ان هذه الخدمات تقدم مجانا للنزلاء في الكثير من الفنادق في لبنان والعالم..

I really enjoyed my stay however, the neighbourhood in which the hotel is located, is terrible. It's dirty and the gardins behind the hotel is full of dogs which are capable to bark for 24 hours.

I have stayed at Rotana many times, and my experience is always pleasurable, as is the staff and service. Congratulations Rotana!

Close to the Lebanese Mountains

Expensive hotel, compared to the service. The internet and car parking should be free of charge.

Great hotel for the price!

Its an older hotel, but quite comfortable and very clean. The price was really good. The only complaint was that the people taking the room service orders didn't seem familiar with their own menu. A bit annoying but not a deal breaker.

Perfekt läge.

Hotellet har perfekt läge med gångsavstånd till tre mall med massor av affärer och restauranger och bio. Rent, stora rum och bekväma sängar. Pool området är lagom stort och poolen är ren. Det enda stora minuset är servicen vid poolen. Det står en bar som är obemannad och när personalen dyker upp för att ta en beställning dröjer det jätte länge innan man får den. Annars var jag nöjd.

Home sweet home

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. And I have gotten to know many of the staff who are all very friendly and helpful. So it is like coming home. They have an excellent buffet breakfast, a nice gym and pool.

Good staff and facilities

I use the hotel for business trip. Staff are prompt and friendly. Location was good for my visit purpose yet it might not be the best for a tourest.

Everything perfect

Spacious and clean room, kindness of receptionist, good position, price very good, definitively I reccomend this Hotel to everybody for a nice stay in Beirut.

A Base while in Beirut

close to some part of beirut

my stay was nice I only had difficulty to find the hotel and more over I found a military check point from party on my way back in the night but they were very friendly and show me the way to Hazimia.The best thing in this 4 stars hotel is the great breakfast which remind me on the 5 star one with all optiones whether u want arabic or american with different kind of omlets

Bad location and badly maintained

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. For its price and location, I expected the rooms to be in a much better shape. What I found is a poorly maintained facility that I would compare to a glorified motel - not a hotel!

Well located to get out and about Lebanon

I was travelling on a business trip with a hire car, found the hotel a little tricky to find due to lack of road names & a map to find it - really just get to Mount Lebanon Hospital and it is close by. Very courtouse people who want to help, good wireless internet connection.

Stayed to catch a flight from BEY

The taxi driver had hard time locating the hotel. Apparently the location not that popular. Taxis to the airport are $33, but you can catch one off the curb for $20. It is your average clean hotel. I would've picked different brand of hotels next time.
