Would not stay again

Location was good. Pictures are little misleading thought as the rooms them selves were a bit more worn off. There was only one guy ONLY upon check-in who actually spoke English. Cafe staff spoke not little but 0 english, as well as girl upon check out. That was a disaster. For a hotel they should reconsider putting information what people they would like to attract- local arabic speakers or also other guests. Was a hassle getting food, getting information, checking out, trying to get any information needed. Even nonsmoking rooms smelled like ashtray. My bag smelt as ashtray when left, had to keep it open to get the smell out when got home. WOUD NOT SUGGEST going there if you are a responsible parent, or western as there is only one cafe where they serve breakfast or you would like to have lunch- they smoke everywhere, even if you would sit with a small baby. No international guests, be aware that if you are a blonde girl you will be the only one there as an attraction to others.

Beliggende tæt på Pigeons Rock med restauranter og caféer. Nemt at gå langs med vejen til Marina og torvet ved Martyr og Moskeen uden at skulle igennem Hamra.

Nirgends stand, dass die Nutzung des Pools kostenpflichtig ist . Pro Person 10 Euro. Das haben wir in keinem Hotel so erlebt. Erst gegen 16:30 Uhr konnten wir in unser Zimmer, da es noch nicht fertig bezogen war. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Checkin war sehr unfreundlich. Nach dem wir sie darauf hinwiesen, dass bei der Buchung 14:00 Uhr stand, wurde sie patzig und wies das Problem von sich. Um 10:30 Uhr Morgens bekommen wir im Zimmer einen Anruf, dass wir 12:00 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen sollen.

The property itself is old and dirty. Many things don’t work properly and you can smell/see the mold in some bathrooms. The staff however is kind in general.

Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, mussten aber ein Doppel Bett Zimmer nehmen. Pool Zugang ist kostenpflichtig kostet 10$ , nie wieder !

متواضع جدا

يحبون الاستغلال في كل شي تخيل قيمة تغسيل عباءه عندهم ب ٣٥ دولار في المغسله المجاورة للفندق علما بانه بعد يومين ذهبت بنفسي للمغسله واخذ مني صاحب المغسله لنفس العباءه ٧ دولار فقط وغير ذلك الإفطار عندهم متواضع جدا والصحون غير نظيفه ويعلم الله اني لم أقول الا الحق

I made reservation and pay before 2 mounths and when i came to The Hotel they told the suite you reserve is complete and no empty suite even i reserved and paied before . And when we ask about manager the reception told he is not answering and we canot do anything . we can give you less room option without sea view but my reservation was suite with sea view . so i refused . And after 1 hour of waiting in the lobby and the baby cry and we are fatigue from travel and i start to look for another hotel they offer us to upgrade the suite . i will not return and i will not advise any one to book in this hotel actually

Qualité et farniente

Très bel hôtel assez moderne et bien situé son seul défaut est l'isolation sonore on entend ses voisins comme si on était avec eux dans la même pièce. Ayant réservé une chambre avec un lit double j'ai été surpris d'avoir une chambre avec deux lits simples collés l'un à l'autre grossièrement.

Kjempe dårlig service

Kjempe dårlig service!! 1. Resepsjonisten snek folk foran oss i kø og lot oss vente i 30 min før vi fikk snakket med henne. 2. Hun insisterte på check inn var kl 14:00 selvom bookingen vår sa 13:00. 3. Hun prøvde å få oss til å betale ekstra siden vi var 3 personer men vi hadde allerede booket og betalt for 3. Hun prøvde å lure oss og brydde seg ikke om hva bookingen vår sa. Vi måtte krangle med henne. Vi booket hovedsakelig hotellet fordi de har rooftop med basseng, noe de hadde stengt da vi dro ditt. Dette er noe som må opplyses på hotels.com! Vi sløste bort penger rett og slett på en natt.
