Hi Richard, Thanks for taking the time to leave your insighful feedback about your stay with us at The White Hart. We're disappointed to hear of your feelings towards our food offering. All our meals are cooked by talented chefs from fresh ingredients, and are by no means bought in. We understand that great food has to be cooked to perfection, and ocassionally tastes and preferences differ - we're sorry to hear that you felt we didn't hit the nail on the head for you. We look hard for suppliers that match our company values, and pride ourselves on partnering with sustainable and highly reccomendable suppliers. It does mean that we pay a little extra than our competitiors, but many of our guests appreciate the delicious dishes that come as a result of that. We will take into consideration your notes about maintainance in the rooms, and are sorry that this wasn't mentioned to you before access to the room. I am, however, glad to hear that our team were able to assist you into moving to a more suitable room for your stay. We do hope that your recent experience doesn't deter you from visiting us again in the near future, where we hope to restore your faith in us at The White Hart.
