"We were able to check in early, which was helpful. We enjoyed a clean, quiet room. Breakfast is included, at a little restaurant across the street. "

Hair in bathroom, no soap, sheets were not changed, no breakfast just some weak coffee, No coffee machine or microwave in room, even though we upgraded from the original reservation and paid extra. EXTREMELY DISCOURAGING. Hotels.com should reimburse me, it was awful!"
