"The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly."

"I felt extremely unsafe at this hotel. As a female solo traveler, there were several alarming things. The main issue I had is that to get to the rooms you had to use an exterior elevator located under a parking structure. There were constantly people hanging around by the elevator and I saw a homeless person going through the trash. Most concerning was I had a guest try to follow me to my room. If I hadn’t been so aware of my surroundings and caught onto what was happening, Im not sure what...

"Staff were rude and overall horrible. The room was nasty, pee stains everywhere and roaches on the walls."

"Nice, new facilities."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The ambiance is very Portland! The staff was so helpful too."

"Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful with everything! After a full day of exploring coming back to the hotel not wanting to go out, the hotel restaurant/bar was great! Food was great! Next time we are in Portland we would definitely stay here again!"
