"We found pills under our bed. The staff are very rude. I watched them get upset with a little girl for asking for more milk. The lady said breakfast is closed but it was only 9:38, says breakfast until 10. They double booked our room and after we were already settled into the room they made us leave. All the ladies around were not nice at all. The pool was nice and room is cool"

"I’m not a big eater, however, at 300 plus a night I get one piece of bacon or one sausage???? I had breakfast once then went to Denny’s even though my breakfast was free??? I think a couple or geez even three could and would not break the bank. Not once did I run into a cleaner to make sure I did not need anything???? My phone did not work either."

"Hotel is in great location, but top bed spread needs to be cleaned and things are very out dated. Strong vinegar smell not enough towels and super tight parking. Staff were very friendly and informative. No pool or anything so bit pricey for what you get."

"Property staff seem to run on a policy of zero F’s given. We reserved a lake view room and told upon check on that our room was on the side of the building with a condo view. When I showed her our reservation showing Lakeview she said well if you come out of your room, go around the corner and walk down two stairs you can see the lake. When I explained that wouldn’t be a Lakeview room she said well we can’t exactly say condo view can we? No other room options were offered. Check-in was at 4:00...

"Had everything we needed for a night stay (we were travelling through). Great staff. Clean room. Restaurant close by and the beach for the lake was a quick 10 minute walk."
