"A couple of weeks ago they overcharged me $20 dollars more and yet haven't received a call, letter about it nor my refund. Recently previously i had to wait in the lobby for an hour to check in because the lady from next shift was running late. No apologies no nothing. Then it so happened that my room was taken it was supposed to be empty then they gave me a handicapped that still had pee on the bathroom floor and it smelled. The last one was all the way in the back and smelled mold and was dusty it had spider webs. It makes you think why and what ifs... i do traveled a lot and i feel like they treat me poorly and it's about being treated like a human. Now to hope that I'm able to talk to a manager and hopefully he will considered me. "

"The A.C. worked just fine, I just didn't like how close it was to the bed. It was a clean room and I like the mirror addition on the back wall of the bed! Breakfast was good, simple but good. Staff was very nice. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5."

"The lady at check in was cold and unprofessional. She refused a restroom to a minor and didn't speak a word until the end of the check in process to direct us upstairs. Absolutely appalling behavior for a hospitality position at the front desk. The night auditor and day clerk were both kind and acknowledged our existence when we ran into them later in our stay. The room was sparse. The conditioner was empty... with the front desk lady being so unwelcoming we didn't ask for more conditioner or more towels. The kids did enjoy the pool. We didn't get breakfast because the lady never told us when it was or where it was at. Truly diabolical for a busy hub and expensive rat trap of a dilapidated hotel. Best Western is trash compared to the brand quality previously and this one has been the worst due to the unfriendly behavior. "
