"We arrived early for check-in but the reception staff and valets were so helpful to store our luggage and then deliver it to our room as soon as it was available. The room itself was beautiful. The bathroom was deluxe having both a soaker tub and walk-in shower. It is truly a luxury hotel and the staff are very good at making the guests feel comfortable and welcome. We definitely want to stay again."

"Staff was exceptional and kind. They let us store luggage before check in and after check out which was incredibly helpful. Lodging was clean and roomy! Breakfast was delicious and charming. Navigating the bus system was easy peasy as well which added to the charm! Would recommend staying here and would happily stay here again."

Location is perfect if you are wanting to be in a quiet residential area with beach and park right across the street, but it is several miles from city center. "We went for a surprise anniversary and selected the queen room with harbor view. Was gorgeous but came with impeded view of harbor and construction of a rooftop access area. Not what the advertisements offered. The hotel received my frustration and responded to my concerns promptly and attentively. The focus and attention to my concerns was sincere and most gracious. "We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"First time staying in a hostel and I feel like this was a great choice. We got our own room. They seem to realize prioritize making people feel safe and comfortable. Hoping every hostel I stay at is like this. They provided breakfast and also dinner which I thought was super cool. We only stayed for 1 night. They did a song bingo in the bar that was a lot of fun. The room was incredibly hot but it did come with a fan."

"This is definitely a place where you only go to sleep. The bedding was clean and comfortable but the rest of the room was old and not well kept. There is no service (bed making) during your stay."
