Windows in kitchen and living room did not lock and can be open easily from outside. No Air conditioning. Beach access is complicated. You can’t access beach from villas. "While the staff are very attentive and helpful, the property needs plenty of maintenance. Very worn out furniture and building falling apart. It seems that the owner has not renovated the hotel in years., Breakfast was very good"
