"I am a frequent traveler, and this is one of the loveliest properties I have ever stayed at. I don’t typically care for inns (too small, old, and chummy), but this is not your usual. It sits on a beautiful perch overlooking the bay. It is modern and clean with porches and seating everywhere. They have thought of everything (except a full-length mirror). The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent - special chef’s breakfast (flavored whipped butters, homemade granola and so much more) and a complimentary welcome cocktail. I wish we had stayed longer than one night. The only downside I will mention is that it was difficult to find staff for questions, checkout, etc. But when you find them, they are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Topside!"

"Great location with a great view of the marina. Walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants. There was ample parking for our car as well. The room was clean but tight and outdated. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"This is an older coastal hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here! It is extremely convenient for dining and shopping. We boarded a whale/puffin excursion just across the parking lot. Parking was convenient. I would certainly stay here again and am looking forward to doing that!"

"Great location. Heated salt water pool. Great hearty buffet breakfast every morning (included) and restaurant on site for dinner and drinks. Every room has waterfront view. Easily accessible as rooms open to outside. Refrigerator and microwave and keurig in each room. Beds comfy and AC unit in each room. Lots of parking and use of kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat. Not a swimming beach. Beautiful sunsets."
