"Booked room via Expedia £446 for 3 nights then 2 hours later had to cancel due to personal reasons. Contacted fir cancellation / refund Expedia stated couldn’t get hold if the hotel so I did hotel stated I had to speak to Expedia which again I did and they said they can’t help so lost my money so beware when booking and check cancellation policy"
