"Loved having a balcony. The room was clean but no AC. It was difficult to check in. The webpage said check in till 10;00 pm. We were there at 7:30 p.m and couldn't find anyone to check us in our room. Tried to call the number listed but it was for the empty front desk. Was unable to call the emergency number. "Front desk told me I can park where I left my car and I got a parking ticket from the city, the resort also charged me for parking. When I called them they did not do anything about it even though they told me I can park there and charged me for their parking spot. This place appears to be a resort that government gives out vouchers to, so more like a 3 star, I don’t recommend it, only plus is great location on water."

"Det är ett hotel som med små justeringar kunde få högre betyg. Lite bättre städning, lite trevligare personal och små justeringar i köket. Att inte ha tillgång till kranvatten bara för att kunna sälja dyra dricker till middag är inte acceptabelt. Långa köer till kaffet är också ett minus. I helheten var fru och jag nöjda men i vissa stunder väldigt besvikna. Bra lägge."
