Best Hotel in Baybay!

Very clean and top rated customer service with well maintained facilities. Bed was nice and comfy. Very central to everywhere and just beside a grocery shop.

The room is spacious and Mountain view window that was very nice. The only thing is that the hot water isn’t warm enough. The staff are very nice. Location of the hotel is okay. Transportation and parking is convenient. Overall our 16 days of staying in this hotel was great!😊

While we were there this time the Hotel celebrated 2 years being opened. I've stayed here 10 or so times in the last 2 years. The people are always responsive, the place is so clean and quiet, and I've never had an issue with anything. Fantastic place and I wish them another 50 years.

The staff were great and the rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to help with issues. The down side was we constantly had issues with the hot water and the water pressure in the shower. Towards the end of my stay we also had an issue with the A/C not working properly and leaking water down the wall. Other then that the location and the availability of transportation right outside was a big up side for us.

I love this property. They take such good care of us. There is only one small issue. The ice machine was not working. I want them to get that fixed in a more timely fashion.

Breakfast menu is limited and you have to order the night before. Shower in deluxe room was very poor - very slow and no hot. Eventually was transferred to another room. No room safe! Aside from the that the room was excellent

Shower doesnt work, either all warm, all cold combined with sometimes no pressure. Telephone in the room is used for ordering breakfast, but phone doesnt work. Housekeeping keeps forgetting towels and tissue and water. Staff is nice and helpfull but constantly having to ask for basics makes this a low score.

Water was yellow. Kept loosing water. Air conditioning was ok but hard to get a constant temp so need to adjust all the time. Issues with getting the room cleaned when I needed it cleaned but this may have been a language barrier. Even breakfast was always late or didn’t come unless I called. Little frustrating. Towel rack falling off the wall. Water was cold in the morning and hot in the afternoon.
