"I did not have a kitchen equiped room , the pool area was very clean and comfortable The staff oliver was very pleasant and accomodating , i will come back next time i come to Lauderdale "

"The resort is showing its age. Hallways always had garbage next rooms, and needed a good vacuuming. One of the two elevators were out of commission the entire week. Rooms were cleaned every day but could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly and attentive when needed. "

"Nothing in room as far as a bar Took staff 40 minutes to 4 hours to clean room Had to ask for towels so we could take a shower room was cleaned 1 x our entire stay. "
