"Amazing and friendly staff in the hotel. The rooms, pool, lobby area very clean and nice. I was under the impression beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach were included, but they were not. The company that the hotel works with for transportation to and from the airport was an addition $35 cash and was 15 minutes late pucking us up from the airport and never showed up to take us to the airport. (I was standing in front of the hotel front desk person when they called and confirmed they would be there the next morning to take us back to the airport)"

"There is minimal pool seating but plenty ocean/beach seating. Service was great but overly pricey."

"From the moment we walked in room 116, our allergies acted up.It smelled like mold the entire night. We both woke up with headaches from the air in the room. Terrible."

"I did not have a kitchen equiped room , the pool area was very clean and comfortable The staff oliver was very pleasant and accomodating , i will come back next time i come to Lauderdale "

"The resort is showing its age. Hallways always had garbage next rooms, and needed a good vacuuming. One of the two elevators were out of commission the entire week. Rooms were cleaned every day but could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly and attentive when needed. "

"Spa was overpriced and not that great. Hotel needs an upgrade. Gratuity is included at the restaurant so wait staff was not hospitable or making any effort. The lazy river and the kindly ocean view balcony suite were the highlight of the resort."
