"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and this was by far my worst experience. My room was not clean—there was hair in the bathtub, on the floor, and on the vanity, and it clearly had not been swept. There were also not enough towels provided for two guests, and due to limited staff in the morning, I was told no one was available to bring towels to the room. I had to go downstairs in my pajamas to retrieve them myself, which was disappointing. When I shared this feedback with the front desk, it was acknowledged, but no resolution or follow-up was offered. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"I like this hotel but the room was not the one we chose online but a handicap until instead. Some rooms should not be pet friendly, some people have pet allergies and even don't like the smell that you can't get rid of. Otherwise, everything else was good."

"Parking was simple and easy access to our room for packing/unpacking purposes. The sweet person at the front desk with double nostril piercings was absolutely amazing and upgraded our room to a never been smoked in room upon hearing an infant was accompanied. We tried to get breakfast at 7am-- they have breakfast 6am-9am, but there was none set out, we were able to recieve breakfast at 7:30am next checked, options were very limited. "

"It was completely empty in the parking lot upon arrival. The staff were rude, in their tone and facial mannerisms. The room was stale and dirty bedding. No secure WIFI. I immediately left after 1hr and was given attitude with eye rolls and questioning why I was leaving. I simply felt unsafe "
