"Room was clean but missing a curtain, we had to fashion something with the other 2. No teaspooon to stir drinks with. Noise from room above early in morning and a drunk hammering on front door early hours of Sat morning, so sleep was limited. Staff friendly and obliging."

"Check in very slow and after travelling 3 hours with elderly disabled parents, our room was not ready, which is understandable.
