This place is suitable if you are in Batumi just for a couple of days. It's not a hotel, but someone's personal apartment. You get what you pay for. The host is polite, but if he/she can’t help, they simply ignore your requests. You can’t change the towels or bed sheets, nobody comes to clean the room, and there’s always a long queue for the elevator. If you plan to stay in Batumi for a longer period, or if you are traveling with kids or elderly people, I’d recommend finding a more convenient hotel.

Avoid this place! The description is misleading. The "sea view" is barely noticeable—you're mainly looking at the building next door, with just a small sliver of sea in between. The so-called "2 bedrooms" are just two interconnecting rooms with beds; this is not a proper two-bedroom apartment. The kitchenette is impractical—there was only one pot and no cooking utensils. On top of that, the owner never replied to any messages on Expedia. I would not recommend it. There are other rooms available in the same apart-hotel, so I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Orbi City was very disappointing

My experience at Orbi City was very disappointing. We booked a stay for three people, but the apartment was only equipped for two. There was no clean towels and sheets, and both the kettle and hairdryer were broken. The reception refused to help, saying the apartment was privately owned, and the owner never replied to my messages. I paid in full but received none of the service promised. I do not recommend this place, and I hope Hotels.com reviews this listing carefully.
