The hotel is in a shopping center I checked in at midnight although the shopping center looked deserted and scary from the outside looking in. I am sure it’s nicer prior to sunset. The clerk checking me in was very nice. The pool isn’t operational although it was advertised with no notification it was not operational due to maintenance

Hotel is the old center area, busy trafic it’s part of an office building, their main feature is the olympic size pool and a decent fitness room. Breakfast is reasonable but it can be better! Staff are rather friendly and helpful.

Wellness Bereich hat das Personal absolut keine Ahnung was die da reden. Die eine meint es gibt jeden Tag die Möglichkeit auf Massage dann meint die andere nein nur montags. Das ist ein Witz. Dreimal bin ich zur Massage ohne Erfolg. Aber das Personal in der Rezeption ist wirklich sehr sehr nett und versucht ihr bestes. Auch die Managerin Sofia ist eine Süper hilfsbereite Dame. Die Reinigungskräfte sind die Nummer 1!! Lobenswert.

WRONG INFORMATION

I booked a room for 3 day reservation from hotels.com. I paid for it. Among the services of the hotel were the pool, a fitness and sauna. but when I arrived at the hotel the pool, sauna and fitness were closed . I couldn't use any of them. No one has informed me about it. The hotel management offered some options but none of them did satisfy me. During my stay the pool, sauna and fitness room were closed.

Leider war das Internet sehr instabil, wir hatten nur am ersten Abend eine Verbindung, an 2. Abend ging gar nichts und am 3. konnten wir wenigstens in der Nähe der Lobby surfen. Dad Frühstück war am zweiten und dritten Tag sehr gut und vielseitig, am ersten konnten wir leider nichts aussuchen und das Angebot entsprach nicht unserem Geschmack.

С учетом цены может и не плохой вариант

Вода зимой бежит холодная. Приходилось каждый раз по 2 минуты ждать пока горячая вода появится. В декабре уже холодно по ночам, а от обогрева кондиционером, под которым ты сидишь за столом, могут краснеть и сохнуть глаза. Интернет не было один день. В декабре постоянно заряжают дожди не на один день, непродуман сток воды с улиц, капает прямо на голову, когда идете по тротуару. Всего дней 5 за месяц было солнце. Супермаркет в соседнем здании сверхдорогой. Подешевле супермаркет в другую сторону на площади где маршрутки стоят, еще лучше по ценам гипермаркет в 30 минутах пешком, но нигде здесь качества сервиса не ждите. С учетом цены может и не плохой вариант, но есть и минусы, которые придется иметь в виду.

Бассейн бесплатный, на надо свою шапочку приносить

Из плюсов - бесплатный бассейн. Но не написано что надо обязательно шапочку с собой приносить. Знал бы заранее - я бы в декатлоне закупился. А тут толком и магазинов-то даже нет. 10 дней ходил в бассейн нормально. Потом придрались, что надо шапочку. Но вообще слабо там следят за правилами. Дети бегают вокруг бассейна, и никто за этим почему-то не следит. Еще по поводу бассейна: не стоит ходить в отдельное время, например, в пятницу вечером, после 19. Очень много народу: всякие группы в это время приходят.

Отличный отель с бассейном и хорошими завтраками. Ничего лишнего, всего достаточно. Бассейн профессиональный 50 метров, глубокий, много дорожек. Тёплая вода. В номерах чисто. Брали люкс с двумя спальными гостиной и двумя сан узлами. Очень большая гостиная. Отличное соотношение цены и качества

Хороший отель в центре города

Хороший отель, прекрасный персонал, очень чистый номер. Расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от метро. Единственный минус - не очень хорошая внутренняя шумоизоляция.
