"Excellent hotel in the heart of Batumi. Very clean. Georgi from front desk very helpful, speaks fluently several languages, happy to recommend places to see, eat, shop. You can feel that Georgi loves his city and proud of his job."
"This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!"
"Everything is fine starting from reception to checkout. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast is fit for purpose but sitting space is bit crowded with some sitting away from buffet area. Room cleaning timing is long so by 4pm it is still not done."
"We had an amazing stay at Alliance Palace in Batumi! The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, with beautiful views of the city and sea. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation.
The overall atmosphere was lovely, and everything made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. It was a wonderful choice for our honeymoon, and we left with beautiful memories.
Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to...
"Very clean rooms with daily makeovers, excellent breakfast, laundry on premises (washer only), amazingly friendly and helpful staff, very convenient location close to the beach (street self parking only). Highly recommend!"

I closed my balcony door because our neiborhoods are smoked during night time and we fell tobacco smoke too. That Orbi -city hasn’t any parking lot , so I traveled on my vihicke and must be find parking place my self...
"It wasn’t until the day of travelling did I manage to speak to someone about how to check-in/gain access. The information about this on Expedia is wrong. I spoke to them on WhatsApp and they seemed to think they were going to contact me about check-in, despite the fact that I was on the plane headed to Batumi when they finally responded. I paid close to £170 extra for a “full breakfast”, which was essentially a microwave meal tray with the plastic top on it, of which was meant to be brought to...
