I stayed at Holiday Lux Sky Towers for about 10 days and overall had a very good experience. The location is great—just a short walk to the main boulevard that leads right down to the Black Sea coastline. The room itself was clean and comfortable, more like a studio apartment than a traditional hotel room, which I actually liked. One thing to note: on the Expedia listing it mentions daily room service, but that’s not the case. It wasn’t a problem for me since I didn’t really need it, but it’s worth knowing in advance. On the plus side, having a washing machine inside the room was a big convenience during a longer stay. Overall, a clean, quiet, and well-located place to stay in Batumi—just manage your expectations about the hotel-style services.

Very clean and comfortable!

These apartment hotels are ideal for a family. The staff is very friendly, and the places are sparkling clean with some appliances for preparing a simple dish. We had an ocean view room which was beautiful. The location is very close to Batumi Mall. The only downside was that, even though the place was designed for four people, we had to request an extra rolling bed because the sofa bed was too small for two adults. The staff provided it for an additional cost of 50 GEL per night. If there were two kids, they could have comfortably fit on the sofa bed.

Got a smoke room, the person was nice to offer another Appartement but due to complexity we didn't change the room. The rest is ok.

Terrible

First is reception , they help apartment owner do manegment(give key card and elevator card) . Terrible service. We forgot bring elevator card once time, ask help from reception. Sraff saggest we walk to 17th floor:) btw. If elavator card finished credit, you have to pay 5 Gel to buy new credit:) Room is large and clean, but linens all balling up. Pillow is poor quality. We got pain from neck after stay 3days, and the last day we decide to buy pillow to save our necks. Toilet have bad smell , the fun make big noise and not really work for function. Its really terrible experience. If you dont have limit budget. i suggest chose one hotel.

Apart olduğu için günlük oda servisi yok evi verip gidiyorlar gibi düşünün. Yiyecek olarak tuz dahi yoktu biz istedik. Isıtıcılardan biri çalışmıyordu değiştirttik 2 tane elektrikli ısıtıcı var. Hala kazanlı şofbenler kullanıyorlar. Manzarası çok güzel 5-6 km gitmek gerekiyor önemli yerlere
