"The room stayed in was not clean, no towels were placed in room for our secon day visit. The pull out sofa has dirty linens. The shower had mold in the corners. Construction crews working at the gotel place an extesion cord on the door threshold so the door could not be locked and secured, this entrance was at the very back of the hotel. The check-in desk cerk told us our Hilton Honors card was not in my or my wife's name. The clerk kept the card saying she would check with Hilton, never heard back form her and she was nort on duty the day we left."

"First of all. I made my reservation on line and expressed in two areas I needed a handicapped room. Get to the hotel no handicapped rm. Was give a reg room. No phone, no remote for tv, key gave trouble, didnt have ext blanket.. Trash all over the place. Only area clean was the pool. Not my first time there, but my last. 😡"

"The room smelled like mold and when asked to please wave the 2nd night, due to each person staying in the room having respiratory problems, "Partel" told us to call wherever we booked our hotel. We asked if she could give us the number, she looked at me straight in my eyes and said google it. We did so, got in touch with who we needed to get in touch with, they said they had to ask the hotel to waive our 2nd night, Partel told them no. She mad us call all around just for her to say no. Also, I booked the room for 4 people. They had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 rags. When I asked Partel for extra towels, she took her time to call for more towels for me. She was very rude and inconsiderate about everything."

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Secure and plentiful parking. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool was a little dirty (I still swam in it) and gym only had dumbbells and cardio machines. Could’ve used some mats and other equipment. Great stay overall."
