"Very nice place. Comfortable beds. Only trouble was the TV’s were a pain to use and had to have someone come up and show us how to use it!"

"The room was clean, well maintained and nice layout. Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues with parking, well lit parking area. Breakfast was good, multiple options available. Only issue was the bed was too firm for my liking and the pillows were flat and a bit uncomfortable."

"We spent three nights here and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Staff let us check in early. After a long day of traveling with young children this was very much appreciated. The location was close to the freeway, easy access parking lot, free breakfast and dinner included in room stay, pool, hot tub, clean everywhere, and free drink tickets per night we stayed. Staff was kind and professional. Highly recommend the Drury Plaza Hotel and would stay here again. "

"Cool rooms with the high ceiling and tall window. Pool was smallish and cool, temp wise. No hot tub. But nice rooms. Valet was short staffed so took a bit to get vehicle since waiting on one employee to get back"

"Parking was as advertised. But the amenities and breakfast was terrible. No lobby coffee (probably only hotel in existence) nor vending machines for basic water. Instead they force you to get coffee from the “breakfast” area for $4 each. And a small bottle of water is $6 from the little lobby market. Instead.. staff rudely say if you want complimentary coffee it’s in the room and water? Good luck. Staff were cold. Also.. the breakfast looked miserable. $16? I wouldn’t pay $5 for it. Hotel was older.. definitely showing it’s age but decently clean and no complaints there. Just spend the extra couple dollars and stay at any other hotel rather than this one in the st. Paul downtown area. I learnt my lesson."

"The room was clean. After driving through a snowstorm in the mountains, we arrived at about 11 PM, exhausted and ready to be done for the night. But, after about 15 minutes of ringing the bell and calling the front desk, my son found the front desk clerk in the bathroom. We finally got checked in. I asked about the continental breakfast and was informed that it was only coffee (they had the food, just no one to cook it) because they just reopened and were understaffed. I asked for more coffee packs for the room- was told he would look and bring them up- they never showed. We went to the room and the key wouldn't work, guess the battery was dead? Got moved to a different room (which was also clean). Tried to get coffee (from the continental breakfast) in the morning only to find there was only coffee, sugar and sweeteners- no cream. Overall horrible experience. Maybe they'll get better with staffing, but beware. I am generally an understanding person, but this hotel was ridiculous. If you are so severely understaffed, maybe wait to reopen??"
