There were fried blood drops in places. Stained linens. 80s rollawqy beds very uncomfortable. No dining. Exp and limited vending. Cups that are wrapped in plaatic had hokes like rats had eaten around it

This was the only hotel with an available room on our way in to Baton Rouge so we booked. The property is not in the safest area and looks pretty run down. When we got in our room and settled in the beds, my daughter noticed a bug in my bed. When we inspected both beds, they both had bed bugs. We took pics and videos, then left. The manager was nice enough to refund our money but he did not act surprised about what I was telling him. He didn't even ask to see the pics or videos. Just apologized and refunded my money.

The area was off the interstate a ways but we knew that. Parking lot was not well lit, the room was nice, clean but smelled like cigarette smoke.

There is one hotel that I have stayed at that is worse. If you want a bed for the night ONLY this property works except that for that, it is over priced. This property is worth no more than $35 a night.
No amenities at all
No facial tissues in room
No coffee maker and NO coffee in hotel
Wash cloth soiled
No food in hotel
Lobby smells like smoke
Makes me wonder where all of the “good” reviews came from

Terrible. Not clean. Bed was creaky and didn’t do its job to support us. Bugs in the room on the floor and walked on tbe floor they would go on bedskirt and under bed.

There were no lights in the parking lot. We were one of 4 cars in the parking lot. The area was very dark and felt unsafe. The room wasn’t very clean. We found debris that appeared to be dirt or dust all over the bed. The floors weren’t swept up either. We ended up just driving home instead of staying the night.

The hotel has bugs. I had them running around on the desk, the floor, and the bathroom sink. Think they were little roaches. The room and lobby had a smell to it. They have a beautiful garden in the middle but don't think they are managing the air right. The pool was gross. Definitely hadn't been maintained in a ling time. Not like the picture.

The pool is green and 1/2 full of water. The rooms were clean but, thin covers and just a few small towels.

The lack of care of the exterior landscaping is disgraceful. Despite the area being in a draught, how about using a hose to water plants? There are no amenities at this hotel, it looks more like a haunted house. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Checked in at 7:00 pm, sat down watched tv then got ready to take shower and noticed MOLD in shower on the ceiling in the corner. Went to front desk and informed clerk that I was checking out due to mold n mildew l, he wanted to switch my room I said no. Called next morning to speak to manager which wasn’t there but the clerk told me to call hotel.com to get refund.
