"No one was on site when we arrived. Gave us an unacceptable room. Restaurant on site was closed. Complained about Hotel.com. Said he didn’t have time to confirm with Hotels.com, and we wouldn’t be charged because he couldn’t accommodate us. Still checking on that."

"The room was cozy and warm, we loved the suite, there was a lot of storage area for foodstuffs and belongings to be stowed away so the room didn't look messy. The coffee supplied was delicious, and breakfast was better than expected. When we return to Sault Ste. Marie, we will definitely book here again, it was close to shopping and to relatives and we felt secure at night."

"Pool area and restaurant/bar close at the same time, so go early if you want to take it all in. I was disappointed when I saw the empty hot-tub and "closed for maintenence" sign, but, lo and behold, the outdoor hot-tub was working! Hot-tub and swimming pool good temps, surprise sauna even better!"
