"Oakwood has always been our first choice when we visit Batam.
Best location right next to Grand Batam Mall where you have access to everything from eat to groceries and girls’ shopping.
The hotel itself is fabulous as well, clean room, great amenities, yummy breakfast.

"The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. "I would say the best resort in Bintan, you have 2 pools to use, and it’s in the cove so the water is extremely calm. The staffs are very friendly and the room itself is new! Best bed to sleep in! They even have movie nights on Sunday with free popcorn and 50% discount on food and drinks by the bar during happy hour. Highly recommended!"
