Almost excellent
Excellent location, close to the Grand place and next to train station. Our room is too dark. Nice breakfast and free for kids. We're disappointed that staff won't help with our luggage at checkout

We had a lovely stay! The breakfast was outstanding - especially the potatoes, chia pudding, and huge amount of freshly baked choices! The hotel is big but staff were always friendly and helpful. Clean, easy to find, well situated property short walk from amenities and town centre. We’ve not booked a room with a fridge/kitchenette before and it was a revelation! Staff friendly snd spoke perfect English.

Nice hotel in Catherine area
The hotel location is good, just about 10-15 minute walk from the central station. The Catherine area is really nice with many restaurants, but it could be noisy on the weekend. Free coffee and tea in the dining area. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well.
