โรงแรมและที่พักในเบซัม

"Disgusting, infested with flies, a year’s worth of skin flakes and hair on the bed board (it could make you want to vomit), black dirt and particles under the mattress. Totally in disrepair and dated back to the 1970s. I never give negative feedback or file claims, but this place- gosh, I have to. Stay away! And for that matter, Expedia took zero responsibility even though payment was processed through them. I took photos and videos- incontrovertible evidence, yet Expedia customer service would...

"The hotel was perfect!! Not that far from Campus"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back again!"

"Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended."

"It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs."

"Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town."

"I don’t know my reservation went in there when I got there so I didn’t stay. I’ll never use Expedia again."

"This property was not what was shown on Expedia. The lobby and room were dirty, the floors hadn’t been properly swept, the walls were peeling and the tub was crusted with dirt and hair. The entire place was grungy. My wife and I left and spent the night at another hotel. Hopefully Expedia will give us our money back"

"The hotel and the staff were very good. They were helpful and kept the hotel clean and neat. The only drawback is it's a small hotel, otherwise I would have rated it excellent."

"Nice Hotel "

"We stayed before and after our flight. Shuttle was helpful. Clean, nice room. Nice breakfast. We got a good night's rest."

"Check in staff was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with hot foods also. The room was clean."

"Not much to say about this facility located in a very rural area. Adequate for a night. Poor reception even with Wifi. No real amenities."
