We stayed in room 2 which is above the cafe and it was noisy until late at night. Breakfast was very good and food choices covered all needs. Overall a very nice property very conveniently placed for shopping and restaurants.

Great location, but the hotel made no connection with me as there was no-one to check us in - this immediately starts the experience negatively. Where's the warm, welcome guys? No food or drinks other than breakfast. Therefore, low score as this was a cold stay.

Good sized room but not keen on glass bathroom doors that do not close correctly. Was surprised to be charged for bottles of water left in room - had mistakenly assumed these were complimentary 4Euros is no big deal but it would have been good to make the charge clear.

Zentral in der Innenstadt von Lörrach gelegen. Bei Ankunft war kein Personal am Empfang, stattdessen gab es einen Schlüsselsafe am Hoteleingang (nicht vergessen, den Code rechtzeitig zu erfragen!). Es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, das nächste Parkhaus ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Galeria Kaufhof, 20€/24 Std. von 0:00 bis 24:00). Etwa 10 Minuten entfernt befindet sich der Parkplatz am Klinikum, wo ab Samstag 19:00 Uhr kostenlos geparkt werden kann. Die Zimmerausstattung war in Ordnung, für eine Nacht ausreichend. Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich. Treppenhaus benötigt ein Update.

Leider kein Personal beim Check in. Die Email mit dem Pin für den Schlüsselkasten hat leider vor ab gefehlt. Deshalb hat der Check in nach einer langen Anreise gedauert. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Dusche war schön gestaltet, aber unpraktisch ohne Türe. Das halbe Bad war dann nass. Die Innenstadt war sehr laut, die Fenster nicht gedämmt. Erholsam schlafen war deshalb schwierig.

Sehr zentral

Sehr zentral am Marktplatz, daher vielleicht etwas laut. Mich hat das nicht gestört, aber empfindliche Geister könnten sich dauernd stören. Sehr schönes Zimmer, moderne Dusche. Rezeption ist nur morgens besetzt, daher war das einchecken etwas komplizierter, hat aber funktioniert.

Gerne wieder

problemloses Selfcheckin mit Code, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, feines Frühstückbuffet (feiner Kaffee, frischer Fruchtsalat, Rührei frisch serviert…) Mann Rezeption u Frühstückservice war sehr nett. Gute Lage, Einzig die 8.— für Hotelgäste Garage alter Markt hat nicht geklappt.

Ich habe für meine Eltern dieses Hotel gebucht, da diese in Lörrach eingeladen waren. Das Hotel und Zimmer waren in einem Zustand, welcher zu diesem Preis nicht annehmbar sind.

1 Nacht in Lörrach

Nachdem wir jahrelang zufrieden im Hotel Drei Könige waren, war es diesmal nicht gut. Beim Checkin, mit Schüsselcode, bekamen wir einen falschen Zimmerschlüssel. Das Zimmer war belegt. Es dauerte einige Zeit bis wir telefonisch jemanden erreicht haben. Jetzt brauchte es nochmals 20 min. bis die Mitarbeiterin im Hotel war. Zum Glück waren wir frühzeitig dort. Wir hatten einen fixen Termin. Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich entschuldigt und hätte uns das Frühstück offeriert. Haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Das Zimmer war ok.
