"From the outside, it doesn't look like much. Lots of people walking around. At first, I had 2nd thoughts about staying here because of it. HOWEVER, the manager was very professional and polite and once I got into the room, I found it to be very clean and nice looking. THE OUTSIDE DOESN'T DO THE INSIDE JUSTICE. In fact, the only real complaints I had about the room was the TV doesn't allow you to login into your own Netflix, Hulu, or You Tube account and the light above the sink burnt out....
"I like the convenience of having the theme park, water park, and aquarium all in one next to the hotel. Love that everything is lego themed. The pirate room was really cool and comfortable. Wish the room had a little more storage to put things away. "

Food was okay.
Kids loved the pool. Close by restaurants.
Only issue was… I found a set of worn clothes in bathroom drawer on top of hair dryer…
I immediately threw away clothes in garbage…

"I had a very pleasant stay and breakfast was superb. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. If I ever visit Florida again I would book a stay again at Marriott Residence Inn. "
"The staff was more than helpful. The breakfast was good every morning of our 4 day stay. She kept the area clean and was always willing to restock. The only shock we had was we parked in a parking lot shared with the shopping center and was charged a fee daily to park there. This area was not blocked off for hotel use only, so I feel this fee was not appropriate. But the stay was wonderful and again the staff was amazing. "
