"We visited the Chilworth Manor Hotel for our mini moon after we got married. The receptionist was very rude and abrupt when we arrived to pay before our wedding (before we got married) and made us feel unwelcome from the get go. "We enjoyed our one night stay however feel there are improvements that would enhance the experience. Breakfast was nice with a good selection and welcoming staff. The welcome wine was a generous touch at check in. The outdoor pool is great however would be improved with keeping the area tidy and organised when guests have left their towels and drinking glasses behind.
