"Happy with our stay at the Celtic International. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Small bar/restaurant which was quiet. Rooms varied, all clean but with a severe lack of plug sockets - 2 in the whole room and 1 was for the TV, none next to the beds so hard charging phones. Views were nice at the back though.
