"Abbie at the front desk was fantastic from our arrival to our check out! Very friendly and accommodating! Our room was perfect, very comfortable bed, nice shower and had the amenities we needed for our 2 night stay. Although parking is off site, it wasn’t as painful as we thought it would be. Walkable to the beautiful harbour front and dozens and dozens of restaurants! That being said - our room service both morning from the hotel restaurant (The Eatery) was fantastic!"

"one elevator was not working so it took forever to get between floors the entire time of our stay. minor inconvenience and not a show stopper for going back. we did not care for the young lady who checked us in at 8pm. the parking lot of the hotel was full and she told us to park across the street and use the QR code. We had no clue what she was talking about asked if there was a kiosk, she did not know what that was and after some back and fourth we just went and parked across the street, we did not see a parking Kiosk, and a nice young man that was parking told us how parking payment was done. when back into the hotel we ask how we could get hotel parking and was told to come down at 8 to reserve a spot. at 8 the same person was snotty and said no one checked out yet to come back at 11 to reserve a spot. the wedding we were going to started at 11 so we stayed in the same lot. the rest of the staff was fantastic and the hotel was right in the thick of things which was great."

"We had a wonderful stay overall—everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was fantastic and very convenient. The only downside was the air conditioning unit, which was quite loud and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep."
