The staff even asked me if I wanted them to go outside and get my luggage for me, as it was raining very hard. I was welcomed and thanked for being a member. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is easy to find, and convenient to many of Midland’s attractions and the downtown. The hotel is modern, cheery and very clean. The decor features local scenes and highlights. "Arrived to Best Western and was greeted by Front desk agent. She up graded our room to a conjoined Sheraton Hotel room. We travelled as a family of 6 and had both rooms upgraded! Highly recommended! We travel often but this was a first for us! Happy travellers! "
