The room was the dirtiest room i have ever stayed in. Didn't go into my room till midnight or would have asked for a different room . Waited to see someone when i handed the keys but no-one came .the staff were lovely some of the food was nice

Staff were all fine. Reception area bright and clean. Elsewhere the hotel building appeared tired / worn, with some frayed carpet, creaking floorboards and scuffed doors.
