"Solid stay in the downtown Ft Smith area. Easy walk back to the room after a few drinks. Vibe is a bit dark and dated in the common areas but exceptionally clean and fairly well maintained. Someone stole our door dash before hubby could get to it so be on the lookout for late night fast food bandits. I hear it’s a common problem in this area. Beds super comfy and shower was warm with great pressure."

"I was skeptical for this motel when I pulled up but it as a pleasant surprise. I was concerned about road noise from nearby I40 but there was none at all. Room was nicely updated. Bed was comfortable. It did take a bit for the AC to get the room cooled down and we were missing some necessities that the front desk quickly corrected. Oh and the fridge runs a little cold— woke up to the mess of a frozen pop 😂 make sure you put those on the bottom shelf!"

"Absolutely worst pillows I have ever slept on. There were six and they were all lumpy. Hotel was very loud but I expected that being downtown. Hard to sleep here. I chose it because of the high ratings but should have saved my money and slept at a motel off the highway."

There was plenty of space, making it easy to park and access my room without any hassle—something that’s becoming harder to find these days. The owner deserves special recognition.
