"We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. We tried contacting them through the email message they presumably sent through Expedia, but there wasn't one. We didn't think there was a serous issue, or we would have called the...

"The entire inn was just lovely. It is old and is furnished with period furniture (or what feels like it to my inexpert eye), all of which is there to be used, not just admired. The room was comfortably warm on the wet, chilly spring days we were there. Breakfast was fabulous. Parking felt safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. What a pleasure to stay there!"

"We stayed at the Inn during Valentine’s Day weekend, and our stay was perfect! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, and they accommodated my gluten allergy advance notice. Every employee was incredibly nice. I would eagerly recommend this place to anyone!"

"The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging."

"Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, parking is ok if you get there early enough to get a parking spot, the fan had a strange odor to it and there was a sound of pipes clanking all night so didn’t get much sleep, also disappointed because the website says there’s robes in every room but there wasn’t it was an ok stay "

"The inn has a fascinating history and is very elegant indeed! The breakfast was very tasty. While very convenient to downtown and lots of shopping and dining options, the street can be quite noisy with lots of light which can make sleeping -- depending on the location of one's room -- a bit challenging. "Everything was good and as expected from a Hilton Garden Inn, nothing exceptionally special, but no big issues either. The morning breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One down side is that we were in an unusually warm spring weekend and it seemed like the hotel still had the AC disabled, so the room was on the warm side, but not too hot."
