"My friends and I lived the place. Very clean. Staff very professional but friendly. There were a common ice machine in the corridor and tea facilities in the room. Food was superb. We wished we were staying longer as it was so nice and peaceful. Would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you. "

"Every aspect of the hotel was great. The location, building and presentation. Staff were fantastic, Lake View room was a treat and offered a very large double comfortable bed. The only down point was that our room was not serviced following our first night stay. Although reception was informed during the afternoon the room did not get serviced or towels changed. Spoke to house keeping next day and again by 3pm the housekeeping staff had disappeared and the room was not serviced. Complained at...

"View from room was beautiful. Room condition was acceptable. Breakfast was basic buffet with cold cuts,cereal ,fruits , simple pastry ,coffee from automatic coffee machine. No hot food included in booking such as eggs or full English breakfast ,You have to pay more for that. "

"The hotel is stunning and the grounds around it are incrdible. The promenade walk was out of this world. Very friendly staff and helpful. The pool is very clean. We had our cuckapoo with us and they were very loving towards him. Dogs are not allowed in the dinning room which wasnt an issue at all as we were allowed to stay on the bar side/dinning room.
