"My family and I were traveling from Orlando to go to Busch Gardens. I’m not from the area and upon looking at the website and the reviews, it seemed like a comparable place for me and my family and boy was I wrong. The photos online are not accurate. The hotel is under construction and refurbishment, which means the hot waffle breakfast and any other choices were not available. That was not posted on the site. It was told to me as I checked in. Visibly outside everything looks in disarray and broken down. There’s a trailer park across the street and homeless people to give you a better idea of where this location is at I know that they can’t help that but just giving you some imagery. We weren’t told that the elevator was down. The first room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke. I requested for them to spray the room or move me… the front desk agent tried to do his best, but apparently there wasn’t anybody available to really spray the room so they did move us. I also asked to have a working elevator so they did that too, but to my surprise, the elevator hasn’t been serviced since 2023. I made sure to take a photo of the paper that was inside. It was a scary ride up and down. This place has garbage on the parking lot. Everything is rundown. We got into a hotel room and didn’t want to step out. Pretty much only there for a hot shower and sleep. The beds aren’t uncomfortable, but the shower pressure was at least nice. There wasn’t a vent in the shower so Wet everywhere"

"I was not happy with the stay at this hotel. So much so that I only stayed for one night and needed to book at another hotel for the remaining two nights. The hotel smelled moldy and musty. There was a smell of marijuana in the elevator. There was mildew growing on the showerhead. The room was very old and not comfortable. The dresser drawers did not close, the TV didn’t work. I also felt just very uncomfortable at this hotel and the staff wasn’t always readily available. It was not a great experience and I needed to find a new place so that I could focus on the work that I was doing by being there."

"This was one of the best days that I’ve ever had. It was extremely quiet, which is a luxury for my family and I the staff was really really nice and very attentive when we need a towels or anything else and then I mention it was very quiet and 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach very clean and the mattresses were nice and comfy, and the AC unit was just right no issues whatsoever"
