"La habitación es muy grande, limpia y linda, las camas muy confortables. La piscina en perfectas condiciones, y horario de uso incluso hasta las 10 pm, entonces se puede disfrutar en la noche. Todo el personal super amable y atentos, muy buenos desayunos y la comida del restaurante excelente también.. la ubicación es muy buena, con acceso a la parte sur de Sámara dejando el carro en el parqueo y super cerca de playa Carrillo.. felicidades, excelente hotel, personal y servicio.. 10/10, para...

"The Sunset Shack was fantastic for our family trip to Nosara. The beach is super close, and the town is very cute. We were right in the middle of it all. Monkeys in the mango trees on the property in the morning, and iguanas roaming all day. The food, the staff, and the hotel itself were all 5 stars! We would love to return to Nosara, and would not stay anywhere else. Thank you Sunset Shack!"

"Extremely secure and secluded. Villa to villa distance is quite far and we could not see or hear anyone else. Grounds are very large, beach is pretty much private but you should know it’s a bit of a walk from some of the villas around to the restaurant and beach. Private pool was very nice and overall good stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with, 10/10 for the staff! "

They work very long shifts - you might see the breakfast server as the bartender in the evening. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Now the bad…We saw on the site that there was construction at a neighboring resort; however they start early and work until late. Great beach, one of the best I have been in Costa Rica. Affordable. I don’t know if they have any beach chairs, I didn’t asked. There are none available at the beach except for the next door resort which they don’t rent. There are different activities offered by other businesses."
