"Don’t use shuttle from airport. Very slow, have to wait in broiling sun. Use it to go to airport but not from airport to hotel. Don’t use single elevators, only double ones. 4 pm desk clerk was very rude when he had to get us out after we sounded alarm. Tv read check cable connection so we let desk ..."

Moxy Barcelona
"The room locked exactly as it did online which was great there just was the awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom and I said something to maintenance but they acted like there was no issue. We’d be gone all day and come back and the water and bathroom just smelt the entire room."
