Beautiful Hotel! 😍

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Bali. It was a beautiful hotel and comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was so inviting. We would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great breakfast

Great, clean, close to the ferry but the kitchen closed one hour earlier than what they told us and what was written so we couldn’t eat dinner before climbing Ijen. Amazing breakfast! So fresh and many options. They should add the cost of dinner to the room and make it included.

Large family stay

We booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us for a 3 night stay. The truth is the start wasn't so good, as one of the rooms was the wrong type (twin istead of King). The rooms themselves though are well sized and very comfortable. The showers are excellent and a reasonable range of variety of tv channels. The pool is excellent and was a highlight, esp for the children. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is pretty good. They offer great kids choices. Room service was a bit of a disaster and we tried a couple of times, but the orders were always wrong and the food not warm. The best place to eat is upstairs in the Sky Lounge. It has a magnificent view, and the service is very good. There's also plenty of room if your want some space to your selves. We would have eaten their earlier but were given inaccurate information on check in. To be fair, the hotel responded well to my feedback and ensured we were happy. I would stay here again for sure as it's excellent value for money, especially in regards the rooms, swimming pool and Sky Lounge. Also, all the staff were friendly and tried their best.

The hotel building is pretty tall in Banyuwangi. It provides a good ocean view. But the room is pretty dirty and outdated for 2018 hotel. The pillow sit quite dirty. We will not come here again. Need some improvement for us to return.

Très bel hôtel

Hôtel quasiment neuf, très beau, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées, le petit déjeuner offre un très large choix en salé comme en sucré, une belle piscine terasse eau 2ème étage, un restaurant et un bar rooftop. Pour le prix demandé, surtout pour un occidental, c'est vraiment une très bonne adresse. Après ils nous ont annulé notre réservation d'excursion au dernier moment, heureusement qu'ils nous ont donné les coordonnées d'un autre prestataire mais bon ... A améliorer

Very nice hotel, great food and service. The spacious room was the greatest part of the hotel. The hotel designed so well, catches all day breeze which makes your stay so refreshing. We enjoyed our stay here so much and will be back for sure if we visit Banyuwangi again. Highly recommended!
